The company THE CHAINGERS UNION S.L (hereinafter, ‘CHAINGERS’ or the ‘Organisation’), with CIF numberB72583016 and registered office and for notification purposes at Calle Iradier, 19-21, 08017, Barcelona, is organising the following promotional action called SWEEPDRAW (hereinafter, ‘the Promotion’ or the ‘Draw’) with the objective of promoting the initiative titled “The HUMANSDID List for an Educational Model Shift – The TERRA School”, promoted by the HUMANSDID community, which will be governed in accordance with the requirements stipulated in these legal bases (hereinafter, the ‘Bases’).

All participants in the Promotion, by the simple fact of their participation, accept the Bases and the rules governing its procedure.

The Promotion shall be valid anywhere in the world, with the application of Spanish laws and their corresponding compliance with the legislation of other countries.

The period to participate in the Draw will begin on jUN 2, 2025, and end on June 30, 2025, both dates inclusive (hereinafter, the “Promotional Period”).

The Draw will be conducted on June 30, 2025, using the external platform https://app-sorteos.com.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the dates on which the Promotion may be entered at any time and may cancel the Promotion early or extend the Promotion.

To be eligible for PRIZE 1 (the HUMANSDID scholarship), registration must be completed exclusively by a natural person over the age of eighteen (18), or by a natural person over the age of sixteen (16) who is legally emancipated, acting as the parent or legal guardian of the minor beneficiary (child aged between 3 and 8 years).

In the exceptional event that the minor’s parent or legal guardian is under eighteen (18) and not legally emancipated, registration must be carried out with the express and documented authorization of the participant’s own legal guardian or a competent judicial authority.

The individual registering for the HUMANSDID List is solely responsible for their own registration as a member and must provide their personal details, including full name, surname(s), email address, and city of residence.

Following registration, the participant will receive a confirmation email from info@humansdid.com to verify their account and set a personal password for access as a registered HUMANSDID member.

Only after successfully completing this verification process will the participant’s entry into the Promotion be considered valid.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify both the age and legal guardianship status of participants in relation to the proposed beneficiary before the Draw takes place, and may request supporting documentation as proof.

Employees, partners, or collaborators of the organizing entity, CHAINGERS, as well as their immediate family members up to the second degree of kinship or affinity, are not eligible to participate in the Draw.

Participants must comply with all requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who fails to meet the established requirements, misuses the platform, interferes with the proper conduct of the Draw, or engages in fraudulent actions that may undermine its transparency or harm other participants, as well as any action that may damage the Organizer’s reputation.

In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to take legal action as appropriate and shall not be held liable under any circumstances for the exclusion of such participants.

For PRIZE 2 (the “Nice to Meet Me” course), all natural persons aged sixteen (16) or older may enter the Draw (hereinafter, the “Participants”). If a Participant is between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years old, their participation will be subject to the prior express authorization of their legal representatives or guardians.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the age of all Participants prior to the Draw and to request any necessary documentation to ensure compliance with this requirement.

The same exclusion conditions outlined above shall also apply to this prize.

Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.

PRIZE 1

• 85% coverage: income up to €35,000
• 75% coverage: income between €35,001 and €45,000
• 50% coverage: income between €45,001 and €60,000
• 20–25% coverage: income between €60,001 and €80,000
• Not eligible: income above €80,000

PRIZE 2

PRIZE 2 of this Promotion consists of a hybrid course-performance combining humor and self-awareness through the Enneagram of Personality, aimed at helping participants discover the most hidden aspects of their personality.

The course includes:

1. A2-day in-person course in Madrid or Barcelona (date and venue to be confirmed);
2. A3-month personalized online action plan, including a self-awareness test and psychological questionnaire;
3. A copy of the book“You Are the Missing Piece in Your Life” by Borja Vilaseca.

The prizes offered in this Draw may not be exchanged, altered, or substituted at the request of the winner, nor may their cash value be claimed under any circumstances.

Prizes awarded through the Draw may not be redeemed for cash and shall not be subject to modification, exchange, or compensation at the request of the winner.

The Organizer shall be exempt from any obligation or liability towards Participants in the event that the present Draw must be canceled or suspended due to force majeure or legal mandate, a situation which will be duly communicated to the Participants.

The winner and companion of the prize that is the object of the Draw, upon acceptance of the prize, authorise the Organisation to use their name and image in all activities related to the Prize, for advertising or publicity purposes, without them being entitled to receive any payment or consideration for this.

In the event that the prize includes a companion, the companion must expressly authorise the Organisation to use his/her name and image in all activities related to the prize, for advertising or publicity purposes, without this giving rise to any right to financial or any other type of compensation.

To participate in the Draw for PRIZE 1, users must register on the HUMANSDID List for Educational Change by completing the participation form available on the website www.humansdid.com.

In said form, the Participant must truthfully and fully provide the following mandatory information:

• Full name of the Participant (parent or legal guardian).
• Email address, phone number, and city of residence.
• Full name and year of birth of the minor beneficiary (born between 2017 and 2022, inclusive).

Participation in the Draw is conditional upon the Participant’s express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by selecting the corresponding checkbox in the form, and upon successful completion of the account verification process.

Once the form has been completed, the Participant will receive a verification email from info@humansdid.com. The Participant must verify their account and set a personal password to access their profile as a registered member of the HUMANSDID community.

Failure to complete this verification process will result in automatic exclusion from the Draw.

Only those applications that fully comply with the aforementioned requirements and are received within the Promotional Period shall be considered valid.

To participate in the Draw for PRIZE 2, as described in section 7 of these Terms and Conditions, Participants must:

1. Have registered on the HUMANSDID App. Registration must include full name, surname(s), and email address.
2. Have participated in the voting process regarding the approval or rejection of the project “The HUMANSDID List for Terra”, submitted by HUMANSDID to its community of registered members.

All of the above requirements must be met prior to the date of the Draw.

In any case, applications submitted outside the Promotional Period – as defined in section 3 – or those that are incomplete, or contain false or incorrect information, will be rejected and deemed invalid, and the Participant will be excluded from the Draw.

At the end of the Promotional Period, the Draw for PRIZE 1 will take place on June 30, 2025, using the external platform https://app-sorteos.com. The winner will be announced on the same day.

The system will randomly select one (1) winner and ten (10) alternate participants.

The order of selection will determine the priority in case the original winner waives the prize or fails to meet the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions.

The Draw will be carried out in the presence of at least one representative appointed by the Organizer, who will oversee and guarantee the transparency and randomness of the process.

The Organizer will document the selection procedure and retain proof of the process.

Likewise, the Draw for PRIZE 2 will also be held on June 30, 2025, using the same platform, and the winner will be announced that same day.

The Organizer will prepare a list of all participants and upload it to https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados by exporting the email addresses of the participants from the HUMANSDID community member registration database.

Once the platform’s input fields have been completed, the Organizer will click the “Start” button. The Draw will then be configured to select one winner and four alternates.

After a countdown, the application will display the winner from the uploaded list.

The winners and their respective alternates for both PRIZE 1 and PRIZE 2 will be determined by a single and definitive draw.

The Organizer will contact the winners using the contact information provided in the registration form to inform them that they have been awarded a prize and to detail the specific prize won.

Winners may be required to submit documentation to the Organizer in order to verify their identity and confirm that they are indeed the designated prize recipient.

If any winner is a minor, they must promptly provide the contact details of their legal representative or guardian. Should the legal representative’s information not be duly verified within two weeks before the start date of the course, the winner will forfeit the prize, and the Organizer will proceed to award it to the designated alternate listed in the official Draw record.

Once the Organizer has notified the winners of the prize, they will have a period of ten (10) calendar days to confirm their acceptance. Failure to confirm within this period will result in the prize being awarded to the corresponding alternate, who will then have the same deadline to confirm acceptance.

If, after the substitution process, the prize remains unclaimed, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new alternate or to allocate the prize as it deems appropriate.

All personal data provided by Participants in connection with the Draw must be truthful and up-to-date. The winner or alternate is obligated to inform the Organizer of any changes to their information.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for the Participant’s failure to receive communications sent to the provided contact details, regardless of the reason. The Organizer is under no obligation to use alternative notification channels.

The entity responsible for processing your personal data is The Chaingers Union, S.L. (hereinafter, “CHAINGERS”), with Tax Identification Number (CIF) B72583016 and registered office for notification purposes at Calle Iradier, 19-21, 08017, Barcelona.

CHAINGERS complies with current data protection regulations, specifically with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”), and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI”).

By participating in this Draw, all Participants are informed that CHAINGERS will process the personal data provided, and such data will be confidentially stored in a file under the responsibility of the Organizer.

Accordingly, The Chaingers Union, S.L. informs users that, as data controller, it will include the personal data provided into an automated file for the purpose of managing their registration in the HUMANSDID List, aimed at informing and engaging individuals interested in promoting a change in the educational model, as well as managing their participation in this Promotion.

The user expressly consents and agrees that registration implies becoming a registered member of the HUMANSDID community, operated by The Chaingers Union, S.L., which entitles them to receive periodic communications, participate in initiatives, and access content and activities promoted by the Organizer.

CHAINGERS shall process such data solely for the proper management of the Draw and the community membership registration, maintaining appropriate levels of security in accordance with applicable legislation.

Personal data collected specifically for participation in the Draw shall cease to be processed once the Promotion concludes.

However, data collected for membership registration in the HUMANSDID community shall continue to be processed by CHAINGERS pursuant to its applicable privacy policy.

In any case, data shall be retained after the termination of the relationship with the Participants only for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to respond to any potential liabilities.

Under no circumstances will this data file be transferred or sold to third-party companies without the user’s prior, free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent.

For any inquiries, requests, or clarifications related to the processing of personal data, Participants may contact info@humansdid.com, referencing “Data Protection”, or exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by writing to dpo@teamlabs.es, with the reference “ARCO-POL Rights”.

Likewise, if a Participant believes that their rights have not been respected, they may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) via its electronic headquarters (https://www.aepd.es/) or by postal mail.

PRIZE 1 will have a variable total value depending on the following household income brackets:

• 85% coverage: income up to €35,000
• 75% coverage: income between €35,001 and €45,000
• 50% coverage: income between €45,001 and €60,000
• 20–25% coverage: income between €60,001 and €80,000
• Not eligible: income over €80,000

The scholarship covers only part of the annual tuition fee, excluding enrolment and any other associated costs.

The exact monetary value of the scholarship will depend on the annual tuition fee set by TERRA Escuela Consciente for the academic year chosen by the winner of PRIZE 1 (2025/2026 or 2026/2027) and the corresponding percentage granted according to the above criteria.

Any tax obligations arising from the enjoyment of the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE 2 will have a maximum total value of €297.

The prizes awarded in this Draw are subject to taxation and are governed by Law 35/2006 of 28 November on Personal Income Tax, as well as the partial amendments of laws on Corporate Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, and Wealth Tax.

The winner must declare the prize received, including its assessed value and, where applicable, any withholding tax amount, in their Personal Income Tax return. CHAINGERS will issue the corresponding certificate as required under applicable regulations.

Any tax obligations arising from the enjoyment of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The period for claiming the prize will end twenty (20) calendar days after the day on which the draw is held.

Any claims must be submitted either by email to info@humansdid.com or in writing to the registered office of The Chaingers Union, S.L., located at Calle Iradier, 19-21, 08017, Barcelona.

Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and express submission to any interpretative decisions made by the Organizer regarding their content.

These Terms and Conditions will be published on the website humansdid.com, under the section “HUMANSDID List for an Educational Model Shift.”

The Organisation is exempt from any type of responsibility from the moment the Prize is awarded to the Winner and during the enjoyment of the same.

Under no circumstances may any legal action be taken against the Organisation for any reason arising from the misuse or enjoyment of the Prize.

These terms and conditions are governed by the Spanish common law in force.

Any claim related to the Promotion must be sent in writing to CHAINGERS, at its registered address. In the event of any dispute in the application or interpretation of these Rules and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the Participants expressly submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
