The company THE CHAINGERS UNION, S.L. (hereinafter, “CHAINGERS” or the “Organizer”), with Tax ID No. B72583016 and registered office and address for notifications at Calle Iradier, 19-21, 08017, Barcelona, is organizing the following promotional activity called the SWEEPSTAKES (hereinafter, the “Promotion” or the “Sweepstakes”) with the aim of promoting the initiative “Pantallas para la reflexión” (hereinafter, “Pantallas para la reflexión”), promoted by the HUMANSDID community, which shall be governed in accordance with the requirements set out in these official rules (hereinafter, the “Rules”).

All participants in the Promotion, simply by taking part, accept these Rules and the provisions governing the procedure.

The Promotion shall be valid worldwide, subject to Spanish law and compliance with the applicable legislation of other countries.

The project “Pantallas para la reflexión” will be open for voting from 9 March to 29 March 2026. The period for participating in the Sweepstakes shall be twenty-one (21) days, beginning on 9 March 2026 and ending on 29 March 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).

The Sweepstakes will take place on 30 March 2026, and the winner will be contacted directly on 7 April 2026.

All natural persons over eighteen (18) years of age may participate in the Sweepstakes. In the case of minors (between 16 and 18 years of age), participation shall be subject to the prior express authorization of their legal representatives or guardians.

Partners, employees of CHAINGERS or Movistar, and their immediate family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, may not participate in the Sweepstakes.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Participants who do not meet the requirements established in these Rules or who engage in fraudulent acts.

Participation in the Sweepstakes is free of charge.

The Promotion will be communicated through the website humansdid.com and HUMANSDID’s digital channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and newsletter.

The prize in this Promotion consists of a three-month subscription to Movistar Plus.

The prize may not be exchanged for cash nor altered or compensated at the request of the winner, and its cash value may not be used instead.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value than that indicated in these Rules in the event that the initially offered prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond its control.

The Organizer shall be released from any obligation or compensation to Participants if, due to force majeure or legal imperative, this Sweepstakes must be cancelled or suspended, in which case Participants shall be duly informed.

The winner of the prize subject to the Sweepstakes, upon acceptance thereof, authorizes the Organizer to use their name and image in all activities related to the Prize for advertising or promotional purposes, without any entitlement to payment or compensation whatsoever.

In order to participate, Participants must:

1. Have registered on the HUMANSDID website (first name, last name, email address).
2. Have taken part in the vote approving or rejecting the project “Pantallas para la reflexión”.

The above requirements must be met before the date of the Sweepstakes.

In any event, participation requests submitted outside the Promotional Period — section 3 — or those that do not fully complete all the requested information, or that contain false or incorrect data, shall be rejected, deemed invalid, and excluded from the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes will take place on 30 March 2026, and the winner will be announced on 7 April 2026.

The Organizer will select the winner from the list of participants through the platform https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados. This will be done by exporting the Participants’ email addresses from the registration database of the HUMANSDID community members.

Once this section of the website has been completed, the “Start” button will be clicked. The Sweepstakes will then be configured on the website itself. It will be specified that there must be one single winner, and four additional names will be chosen as alternates.

The Organizer will contact the Winners using the contact details provided when completing the participation form, in order to inform them that they have won the Sweepstakes and of the prize awarded to them.

Winners may be required to provide the Organizer with the documentation necessary to verify their identity and confirm that they are the person awarded the prize.

If any Winner is a minor, they must provide the details of their legal representative or guardian as soon as possible. If, two weeks before the date of prize delivery, the details of the guardian or legal representative have still not been provided, the Winner shall forfeit the prize, and the Organizer shall designate the person listed as alternate in the Sweepstakes record.

Once the Organizer notifies the Winners that they have won the prize, they shall have a period of ten (10) calendar days to accept it. If confirmation is not received within that period, the prize shall be assigned to the Alternate listed as such in the Sweepstakes record. The Alternate shall have the same period to confirm acceptance of the prize.

If, once the replacement process from Winner to Alternate has been completed, the prize remains unclaimed, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new alternate or otherwise dispose of the prize as it deems appropriate.

All personal data provided by Participants to the Organizer in connection with the Sweepstakes must be truthful and up to date. In addition, the Winner or Alternate undertakes to notify the Organizer of any changes thereto.

The Participant’s failure to receive messages sent to the contact methods provided, for whatever reason, shall release the Organizer from any liability in this regard, and the Organizer shall have no obligation to use alternative notification methods.

CHAINGERS complies with current data protection legislation and, in particular, with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (“LOPDGDD”).

By participating in this Sweepstakes, all Participants have been informed that CHAINGERS will process Participants’ personal data and that such data will be confidentially incorporated into a file for which the Organizer is responsible.

CHAINGERS will use such personal data in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected, namely, for the operation of the Sweepstakes, maintaining security levels in the protection of such data in accordance with current law. The personal data obtained specifically in connection with the Sweepstakes shall cease to be processed once the Sweepstakes has ended. However, the data collected as part of registration as a member of the HUMANSDID community shall continue to be processed by CHAINGERS in accordance with its applicable privacy policy. In any event, the data, including the specific data obtained for the operation of the Sweepstakes, shall be retained, even after the relationship with Participants has ended, only for as long as necessary to address potential liabilities or comply with legal obligations.

Under no circumstances shall this file be transferred or sold to other companies without the user’s prior and explicit consent.

For any query, request or clarification regarding the processing of participants’ personal data, they may submit their requests to the following email and postal address: info@humansdid.com, with the reference “Data Protection”.

Likewise, participants may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction of Processing, Portability, and Objection by written request sent by email or post to dpo@teamlabs.es, with the reference “ARCO-POL Rights”. If participants consider that their rights have not been respected, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through its electronic office (www.aepd.es) or by post.

The prize for one person (a 3-month subscription to Movistar Plus) shall have a maximum value of 29.97€.

The prizes in this Sweepstakes are subject to taxation and, therefore, Law 35/2006 of 28 November on Personal Income Tax, and partially amending the laws on Corporate Income Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax and Net Wealth Tax, shall apply. The winner must include in their Personal Income Tax taxable base the valuation of the prize obtained, plus any withholding payment on account, if applicable. Where required under applicable law, CHAINGERS will issue the corresponding certificate stating these items.

The claim period shall end twenty (20) calendar days after the Sweepstakes has taken place.

Participation in the Sweepstakes implies acceptance of these Rules, available on the website humansdid.com, in the section corresponding to the project “Pantallas para la reflexión”.

CHAINGERS shall be exempt from any liability arising from improper use of the prize by the Winner. Under no circumstances may claims be brought against the Organizer for damages arising from enjoyment of the prize.

These Rules shall be governed by current Spanish common law.

Any claim related to the Promotion must be sent in writing to CHAINGERS at its registered office. In the event of any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these Rules, and failing an amicable settlement, Participants expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
