Terms and conditions of the draw promotion to be carried out by the commercial entity The Chaingers Union, S.L.

The company THE CHAINGERS UNION S.L (hereinafter, “CHAINGERS” or the “Organisation”), with CIF number B72583016 and registered office and for notification purposes at Calle Iradier, 19-21, 08017, Barcelona, is organising the following promotional action called SWEEPSTAKE (hereinafter, the “Promotion” or the “Draw”) with the aim of promoting the action Restoration of the Great Mediterranean Seagrass Meadow (hereinafter, “Posidonia”), promoted by the HUMANSDID community, which will be governed in accordance with the requirements stipulated in these legal bases (hereinafter, the “Bases”). All participants in the Promotion, by the simple fact of their participation, accept the Bases and the rules governing its

The Promotion shall be valid anywhere in the world, with the application of Spanish laws and their corresponding compliance with the legislation of other countries.

The period for entering the Draw will begin on 16 September 2025 and end on 16 October 2025, inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). The Draw will take place on 20 October 2025, using the external platform https://app-sorteos.com and the winner will be announced on 23 October 2025. The Organiser reserves the right to change the dates on which the Promotion may be entered at any time and may cancel the Promotion early

All natural persons over sixteen (16) years of age, inclusive (hereinafter, the “Participants”), may participate in the Draw. In the event that the Participant is between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years of age, his/her participation will be conditional upon the prior express authorisation of his/her legal representatives or guardians. The Organisation reserves the right to verify the age of the Participants prior to the Draw and to require the necessary documentation to accredit compliance with this requirement. Partners, employees of the organising company CHAINGERS, and their direct relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in the Draw. Likewise, in order to participate, they must comply with the requirements established in these Legal Bases and, in particular, have participated in the voting process for the Project “Restoration of the Great Mediterranean Seagrass Meadow”, held between 8 August and 15 September 2025. The Organisation reserves the right to exclude those Participants who do not comply with the requirements established in these Bases, who misuse them or impede the normal development of the Draw, or who carry out fraudulent acts that contravene transparency and/or harm other Participants, as well as any participation that damages or may damage the image of the Organisation. In these cases, the Organisation reserves the right to take any legal action that may correspond and shall in no case assume any responsibility towards those Participants whose participation has been excluded.

Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.

This Promotion will be communicated through the website humansdid.com as well as through other HUMANSDID digital media, such as its newsletter and the @_HUMANSDID accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

The prize of this Draw consists of an exclusive experience at the Costa Brava Bluewave Fest’26, linked to the restoration linked to the restoration of the Mediterranean seabed.”). The winner will be able to choose, once the official programme of the festival is published, from different activities included therein.

In addition, the prize includes exclusive merchandising from the Bluewave Alliance.

The prize does not cover transport or accommodation; these must be borne by the winner and his/her companion if applicable.

The prize does not include any expense or concept not expressly detailed in these Bases, and any additional expenses must be assumed by the Winner and, if applicable, his/her companion.

The prize awarded in this Draw may under no circumstances be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winner, nor may it be exchanged for its cash value.

The Organisation reserves the right to change the prize to one of equal or greater value than indicated in the Bases, in the event that the initial prize offered cannot be awarded for reasons beyond its control.

The Organisation is exempt from any obligation or compensation to the Participants if, for reasons of force majeure or legal imperative, the present Draw should be cancelled or suspended, a situation that will be duly notified to the Participants.

The winner and companion of the prize that is the object of the Draw, upon acceptance of the prize, authorise the Organisation to use their name and image in all activities related to the Prize, for advertising or publicity purposes, without them being entitled to receive any payment or consideration for this. In the event that the prize includes a companion, the companion must expressly authorise the Organisation to use his/her name and image in all activities related to the prize, for advertising or publicity purposes, without this giving rise to any right to financial or any other type of compensation.

To participate in the Draw and be eligible for the prize described in point 7 of these Terms and Conditions, Participants must: 1. Be registered on the HUMANSDID website. The registration must include name, surname and email address. 2. Have participated in the voting process on whether or not to accept the project “Posidonia” submitted by HUMANSDID to its community of registered members. The above requirements must be fulfilled prior to the date of the Draw. In any case, those participation applications that are submitted outside the Promotional Period (point 3), or those that do not complete, totally and integrally, the requested data, and those that contain false or erroneous data, will be rejected and excluded from the Draw.

The Draw will take place on 20 October 2025, and the winner will be announced on 23 October 2025. The Organisation will draw up a list of all the participants in the Draw and will send it to https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados. This will be done by exporting the Participants’ e-mails from the HUMANSDID community members’ registration database. Once this field is completed, the “Start” button will be clicked. Then the Draw will be configured on the same page. It will be indicated that there must be only one winner and four substitute names will be selected. After a countdown, the winner of the Draw and the reserve names will appear in the application app-sorteos. Both the winner and the respective substitutes will be determined by a single draw.

The Organizer will contact the winners using the contact information provided in the registration form to inform them that they have been awarded a prize and to detail the specific prize won.

Winners may be required to submit documentation to the Organizer in order to verify their identity and confirm that they are indeed the designated prize recipient.

If any winner is a minor, they must promptly provide the contact details of their legal representative or guardian. Should the legal representative’s information not be duly verified within two weeks before the start date of the course, the winner will forfeit the prize, and the Organizer will proceed to award it to the designated alternate listed in the official Draw record.

Once the Organizer has notified the winners of the prize, they will have a period of ten (10) calendar days to confirm their acceptance. Failure to confirm within this period will result in the prize being awarded to the corresponding alternate, who will then have the same deadline to confirm acceptance.

If, after the substitution process, the prize remains unclaimed, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new alternate or to allocate the prize as it deems appropriate.

All personal data provided by Participants in connection with the Draw must be truthful and up-to-date. The winner or alternate is obligated to inform the Organizer of any changes to their information.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for the Participant’s failure to receive communications sent to the provided contact details, regardless of the reason. The Organizer is under no obligation to use alternative notification channels.

The entity responsible for processing your personal data is The Chaingers Union, S.L. (hereinafter, “CHAINGERS”), with Tax Identification Number (CIF) B72583016 and registered office for notification purposes at Calle Iradier, 19-21, 08017, Barcelona.

CHAINGERS complies with current data protection regulations, specifically with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”), and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI”).

By participating in this Draw, all Participants are informed that CHAINGERS will process the personal data provided, and such data will be confidentially stored in a file under the responsibility of the Organizer.

Accordingly, The Chaingers Union, S.L. informs users that, as data controller, it will include the personal data provided into an automated file for the purpose of managing their registration in the HUMANSDID List, aimed at informing and engaging individuals interested in promoting a change in the educational model, as well as managing their participation in this Promotion.

The user expressly consents and agrees that registration implies becoming a registered member of the HUMANSDID community, operated by The Chaingers Union, S.L., which entitles them to receive periodic communications, participate in initiatives, and access content and activities promoted by the Organizer.

CHAINGERS shall process such data solely for the proper management of the Draw and the community membership registration, maintaining appropriate levels of security in accordance with applicable legislation.

Personal data collected specifically for participation in the Draw shall cease to be processed once the Promotion concludes.

However, data collected for membership registration in the HUMANSDID community shall continue to be processed by CHAINGERS pursuant to its applicable privacy policy.

In any case, data shall be retained after the termination of the relationship with the Participants only for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to respond to any potential liabilities.

Under no circumstances will this data file be transferred or sold to third-party companies without the user’s prior, free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent.

For any inquiries, requests, or clarifications related to the processing of personal data, Participants may contact info@humansdid.com, referencing “Data Protection”, or exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by writing to dpo@teamlabs.es, with the reference “ARCO-POL Rights”.

Likewise, if a Participant believes that their rights have not been respected, they may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) via its electronic headquarters (https://www.aepd.es/) or by postal mail.

The prize will have a maximum total value of €1000.

The prizes awarded in this Draw are subject to taxation and are governed by Law 35/2006 of 28 November on Personal Income Tax, as well as the partial amendments of laws on Corporate Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, and Wealth Tax.

The winner must declare the prize received, including its assessed value and, where applicable, any withholding tax amount, in their Personal Income Tax return. CHAINGERS will issue the corresponding certificate as required under applicable regulations.

Any tax obligations arising from the enjoyment of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The period for claiming the prize will end twenty (20) calendar days after the day on which the draw is held.

Any claims must be submitted either by email to info@humansdid.com or in writing to the registered office of The Chaingers Union, S.L., located at Calle Iradier, 19-21, 08017, Barcelona.

Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and express submission to any interpretative decisions made by the Organizer regarding their content.

These Terms and Conditions will be published on the website humansdid.com, under the section “HUMANSDID List for an Educational Model Shift.”

The Organisation is exempt from any type of responsibility from the moment the Prize is awarded to the Winner and during the enjoyment of the same. Under no circumstances may any legal action be taken against the Organisation for any reason arising from the misuse or enjoyment of the Prize.

These terms and conditions are governed by the Spanish common law in force. Any claim related to the Promotion must be sent in writing to CHAINGERS, at its registered address. In the event of any dispute in the application or interpretation of these Rules and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the Participants expressly submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
